[The recording comes to life with a large gasp from the Mithra, she's trying to keep control of her emotions, but there's hint in her voice that its failing.]
...I need some help on deck 7! Something horrible took place here and I'm trying to...
[She trails off, the chime of her spell can be heard. It is ineffective to the body its being casted on.]
My magic doesn't seem to be working!
[She tries again, a Raise spell, but it fails as well. Her voice is starting to crack.]
C'mon! Work! Embraced by the soothing wind, heal the wounds of those deeply in need! Cure IV!
[Again, it fails. There's a cry of frustration before the feed dies with a loud thunk.]

[Another inhale of a shakey breath and a small sniff.]

[She pulled her head back and looked up to Marco before trying to turn to start casting white magic again.]
no subject
No, Cat. It won't do anything but exhaust you. He wouldn't want you to wear yourself out.
no subject
I'll be fine!
no subject
No, you won't Cat. I'm sorry, but there's nothing you can do at this point. The best you can do is take care of yourself...you've already helped Kevas just by caring.

Marco had a point and yet she was ignoring her own condition for her friends. It had always been like this.]
...I guess so...
no subject
Come on. I'll take you back to your room so you can get some rest.
no subject
I want to stay here.
/replies in the right place this time
Marco, thanks for stopping Cat.
[He leans his head to the side slightly, trying to catch Cat's eyes.]
Cat?

*Marco moves aside some when Cas arrives. The angel should be better equipped to help here...he hopes.*
You're welcome, but I didn't do much.
no subject
I want to stay here.
[Urging her body to get back up, she moves her arms to cast another strong cure spell although it doesn't complete. There's an annoyed growl from her, she uses an ability that she shouldn't have: Convert. A prism of light with a blue-green circle surrounds her briefly before fading in to thin air. She staggers, struggling to maintain her balance.]

[Castiel frowns and reaches up to steady Cat.]
What did you just do?
no subject
*He furrows his brow, wondering what she just did.*
Castiel, do you know where her room is?
no subject
[She attempts to start casting Cure 4 on herself, but she's having difficulty.]
Exchanges... life for magic...

[Castiel grabs Cat by both her shoulders, leaning down so he can look her in the face.]
Stop. You aren't helping anyone by hurting yourself this way.
no subject
*He sighs.*
Kevas wouldn't want you to hurt yourself, Cat. You have to stop.
no subject
I'm not... hurting myself.
[Oh, there goes strength in her legs.]
no subject
Cat!
[He gives Marco a helpless look. He has no idea what to do.]
no subject
Come on, we'll take her to her room. She needs rest.
no subject
I'm... o...
[She trails off, her mind finally subcumming to exhaustion. If either needed a small hint of where the mage lived, her card key could be located easily, unless Castiel had her room number memorized.]
no subject
[Castiel hefts Cat up a little higher in his arms and gestures towards the elevators with his head before turning to head towards them.]
no subject
Hopefully she'll be better after she rests.
no subject
I hope so, I do not know enough about her magic to know how to help if something were to happen.
