{| 045 |} Accidental Voice & Open Comment log
[The recording starts with the sound of Cat's armor clanking as she kneels down. The line is mostly quiet, aside from her breaths.
That didn't last for long. The Mithra shrieked, getting back to her feet in a hurry before casting spell of black magic.]
No!
[There was a splash in the distance. She was screaming at something.]
I'll never be like you! I'll never become like you!
[Her voice echoed through-out the caves, as she breathed heavily before it turned to sobs. She had fallen to her knees and showed no signs of stopping her tears. The feed cuts out.]
((ooc: She won't be responding to any replies of concern / etc; but feel free to find her and try to cheer her up. She may not be too responsive though.))

He's secretly a thief who knows Flee.
It was kind of weird to be wearing Reno's jacket, but somewhat comforting at the same time. Her normal overcoat was being carried by her other arm.]
Thank you.

No prob Cat, you know that.

The guys can find that her room was actually in decent order, no sowing projects or various pieces of equipment laying around this time; save for the mass amount of photos spread across several dressers, nightstands and on her bed. Each picture sharing a small bit of Vana'Diel, ranging from area to monsters to people she's met along the way. Among the various photographs, a purple corsage sat with two pictures on one nightstand close to her bed. One of them was a back shot of Catpaw in her early years of adventuring sitting with a male Hume, talking on the docks of Mhaura (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v368/JocCatpaw/Final%20Fantasy%20XI/WilandCat3.jpg) and the other was when Wilhelmcaster gave her corsage at Misareaux Coast infront of the waterfalls. Not too far from that, a mannequin body wearing what seemed to be a purple and white wedding garb, except the lower half of the outfit was missing.]

Nice place ya' got here.

Its not like my old home though.
[At least she's saying more than 'thank you' now. The Mithra moves to a dresser to grab a change of clothing before heading back in to the bathroom, making sure the door is closed all the way before changing.
It was no surprise that Cat had taken a few photographs of her mog house. It was quite different than the room she resided here on the boat, the room was enclosed with stone and a fireplace which was not too far from where she slept (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v368/JocCatpaw/Final%20Fantasy%20XI/Cat080103183123a.jpg) along with those adorable but magicial snowmen and their trees she recieved for doing a request during the Starlight Celebration in each nation. Not seen in the photo was a changing screen near the door with a few dressers for her armor and a few other items she picked up during her adventures. In the other picture, plenty of items were packed on to a work bench most of acquired from various events (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v368/JocCatpaw/Final%20Fantasy%20XI/Cat080517231909a.jpg), but the gold plague with wings had something to do with Cat raising her first Chocobo, Suiedel; there was another somewhere that had to do with her second Chocobo, Joyeuse Einhorn. In the background, the nation of Bastok's flag hangs next to her adventurer certificate.]

Ah, Reno.
[Cat sounded a little embarassed as she points to one of the dressers.]
Can you hand me some slacks? They should be in there.
no subject
[he digs a random pair out and hands them to her.]
no subject
[She takes them and closes the door behind her again.]
no subject
Cat? Are you in there? It's Castiel.
no subject
Yah, she's here. Not doin' too well.
no subject
Can I come in and check on her?
no subject
Does she know ya'?
no subject
Yes.
[But that's about as much as you're going to get for now.]
no subject
[There's a second paranoid person in the room you know.]

Cat reemerged from the bathroom, wearing slacks and a long shirt instead of her usual gear, looking somewhat normal.]
Ah! Cas!
[That was a feeble attempt there as she slowly moved away from the doorway.]
Its alright, he's a friend. Please let him in.
[Instead of greeting the angel who was at the door, she moved to the bed to sit down on, quickly moving the pictures to a pile. That soup must be getting cold by now.]
I'm sorry I took so long.

[Jinx steps aside.]

Are you alright? I'm sorry I couldn't help, I had no idea where you were.
no subject
For the most part, I'm sorry that I worried you and everyone else.
[She lowered her head in embarrassment, her ears folding down a little. Oh boy, was that new tears? She quickly covered her face with her hands.]

[Hi, he's a third wheel and going to go off and die now ktnx]
Send me a message if you need me.

[To Reno before he could take off and thank him later if he ever came back with those frames.
Right now, she was fighing to force back those tears and consider having some soup so she can have some strength back.]
