[She was about to say something but she closed her mouth. She just shook her head again. That tail of hers wasn't moving much, at all.]

[Now he has full intention to get into that elevator and head back to his room.]

[Wait, did that mean he was going to get Reno? Those ears on her head perked up and she quickly turned to grab Jinx by the arm.]

[Yup. He knows where Reno lives and could probably convince him to lend a hand.]

Missed yer chance, Suga'.

[He presses the button.]

No, please don't!

[She tugged on his arm, trying to pull him away from the elevator.]

I don't want him to use that ability of his on me again!

[...Whoops.

She let go of his arm and quickly backed away, her hands covering her mouth. Oh, that was a bad idea to say that.]

[Jinx gives Cat one last look before picking her up and carrying, her bridal style, into the elevator. You are getting help no matter what you say, Cat.]

[There's a shriek from the Mithra and she's squrming in his grip. Desperately trying to get out.]

Put me down! Put me down! I don't want to go in there! PUT ME DOWN!

No way. We're goin' ta' either Reno's room er my room. Yer choice.

[Jinx is quite the strong man so your squirming is ineffective.]

[There was a loud ferocious snarl from her, which was unexpected; and it even surprised her.

Oh no. Nononononono!]

Let me go! Please! You have to put me down now!

[The door opens on Reno's deck. Jinx exits the elevator without so much as acknowledging Cat's command.]

Reno's room it is.

[She really doesn't want to hurt him and she's trying to think of non threatening spells. Gravity! That could work!

The mage moves her arms to cast the spell. Sorry Jinx, aside from being slowed down like there's a great weight on your back and the Mithra feels a lot heavier in your arms than before.]

[And suddenly cat weighs a million and a half pounds. Jinx falls forward on top of Cat.

Hopefully she can move under a grown man that weighs over 200 pounds.]

[She'll squirm and try to wiggle free under the Elvaan, but seem to have no luck but making her clothing move about. How embarassing!

Luckily, Gravity won't last for too long.]

[Speak of the red haired devil himself, Reno's coming around the corner. He looks like he just got done either taking a shower or swimming, his hair is still damp.]

Oi, get offa her.

I'd fuckin' love ta' but I think she casted another one a those spells.

[Jinx tries his hardest to get up, but it feels like the ceiling is crushing him.]

[The moment she heard Reno's voice, she was doubling her efforts to get out from underneath. Not saying anything but the grunts that escaped her mouth.

Slowly, the gravity spell on Jinx was starting to let up.]

[There's a sigh as he moves closer, offering a hand down to Jinx. For a skinny little thing he's actually pretty strong.]

[Jinx takes the offered hand and pulls himself up.]

Thanks, I'm doin' just fine.

[Freedom! The Mithra nods and scurries up to her feet, quickly fixing her outfit before darting off for the stairs without another word.

Oh, if only she had flee right now!]

[Reno sort of blinked, a bit confused at Cat's sudden bolt away from him.]

What the hell?

So are ya' gonna go get her?

[He will, just a moment Jinx. You know more than him at the moment.]

Any idea what's wrong?

[he'd really like to not be set on fire or something.]

Saw her gatherin' clothes an' bedding on deck twelve.

Alright, just don't want to get set on fire or somethin'. Ruins your whole day y'know?

Can't be as bad as bein' blasted with her ice shards r drenched.
